How We Started
Ocean88 was established in 2014 as a response to the growing demand for reliable and scalable warehouse infrastructure in Pontianak. Observing the rapid development of local industries and the lack of adequate facilities to support their expansion, MJKM—a pioneer in warehouse development—was compelled to take initiative. With a clear vision to contribute to regional industrial growth, MJKM developed Ocean88 as a modern, forward-thinking warehouse complex.
Strategically located in Kubu Raya, Ocean88 was designed to set new standards in efficiency and innovation. It was the first in Pontianak to implement precast construction technology, enabling faster and more effective project completion. Ocean88 also introduced the city’s first cold storage warehouses, establishing a new benchmark for modern logistics facilities in the region.
